UK Gambling Commission Fines Platinum Gaming £10 Million for Regulatory Breaches

On October 22, 2025, the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) announced a hefty £10 million fine against Platinum Gaming Limited for serious violations of British gambling regulations. The company, which operates the Unibet.co.uk and uk.bingo.com brands, faced allegations of failing both in its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and its social responsibility obligations.
